Specifications include, but are not limited to: Collier Area Transit (CAT) is requesting quotes for an hourly rate for graphic art design services on an as-needed basis for our transit agency. The graphic design artwork will be used to create communication tools such as (but not limited to) advertisements, brochures, fact sheets, interior bus signs, flyers, direct mail pieces and other promotional materials. The graphic artist will work with the existing graphic template of the agency to ensure consistency in all the pieces produced. The graphic artist will also create new ideas and designs, to be approved by the agency. The organizational structure of the of the graphic artist must allow accommodating urgent requests and facilitate quick corrections to documents.
