Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor, authorized by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), to collect and transport automotive fluids to a FDEP approved used oil processor for recycling, reuse or disposal in accordance with Chapter 62-710 of the Florida Administrative Code. The Contractor shall collect and transport the following materials in accordance with state and federal regulations: used oil, used oil filters, antifreeze, solvents, hydraulic fluids, and unwanted fuels. Collection and transport services will need to be provided at the following locations: A. Seminole County Central Transfer Station (CTS) - 1950 State Road 419, Longwood, FL 32750. HHW and Fleet Maintenance Facilities. B. Seminole County Osceola Road Landfill (OLF) - 1930 E Osceola Road, Geneva, FL 32732. Public Used Oil Collection Center (PUOCC) and Fleet Maintenance Facilities. C. Seminole County Fleet Services Building, 141 Bush Loop, Sanford, FL 32773. D. Seminole County Sheriff's Office, 100 Eslinger Way, Sanford, FL 32773. E. Seminole County Southeast Regional Water Treatment Plant, 3300 Dike Road, Winter Park, FL 32792. F. Yankee Lake Wastewater Treatment Plant, 501 Yankee Lake Road, Sanford, FL 32771. The Contractor will provide the necessary equipment and appropriate containers to accumulate, store, transfer and transport these materials on a recurring basis, and as needed. Currently, used oil is accumulated in existing three 300-gallon igloo tanks at the CTS HHW and two 300-gallon igloo tanks at the OLF and PUOCC, which will not need to be replaced by the Contractor. Used oil filters will be contained in a metal 55-gallon drum at the CTS HHW and OLF PUOCC which will be replaced at the time they are removed by the Contractor. The CTS has gasoline/diesel fuel mixed in a 300-gallon tote that will be extracted once every two (2) weeks at the CTS HHW.
