K12 Lift provides each of the 27 schools with customized data tools and reporting to help principals and teachers determine the quality of instruction. K12 Lift equips educators and builds their capacity to use personalized data tools designed to answer important questions, such as whether Tier 1 instruction in their classroom and grade level is effective, for whom, whether interventions are working, and who is already getting great results with students in similar schools. K12 Lift progress monitoring portfolios will be delivered as part of a 5-phase problem-solving protocol in each implementing school. Teachers will be given opportunities to reflect on the growth rates and academic histories of their current students, then work together in grade-level teams to hypothesize the causes of those student outcomes and propose adjustments to their instructional resources, planning routines, or instructional practices that may increase their collective impact on Hillsborough students’ academic outcomes. The contract includes: • Annual Subscription: Process Monitoring Reports • Professional Learning • Annual Subscription: Standards Mastery
