The City of Pompano Beach’s Cultural Affairs Department seeks proposals from qualified vendors to operate a coffee/food service operation within the Bailey Contemporary Arts facility. The selected vendor will offer highquality beverages and light food options in a welcoming, professional environment. The successful proposer will be responsible for: • Operating a full-service coffee and snack kiosk to support limited on-site food preparation, including heating, toasting, and assembling food items. • Offering a menu of quality hot and cold beverages, pastries, and light food options. o Please note that due to the building’s infrastructure, no exhaust or commercial hood system is available. As such, on-site cooking is not permitted. Food may be pre-prepared off-site and reheated or assembled on-site, but no active cooking (e.g., grilling, frying, or baking) will be allowed within the premises. • Maintaining clean, safe, and inviting premises • Providing convenient operating hours that are responsive to the needs of the area • Managing day-to-day staffing, inventory, and customer service • Complying with all relevant health and safety regulations
