Professional services required include, but are not limited to, the following: A. Review and evaluate the condition of the existing site and building systems, including roof, envelope, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, security, access control, and information technology infrastructure, and consult project stakeholders about college standards for equipment, technology, and controls. B. Collaborate with project stakeholders to map existing and future space programming and design renovation work to accommodate the College’s needs. C. Provide cost estimating, scheduling, document review, value engineering, and other related administrative items necessary to ensure timely delivery of a project on the approved budget and for the proposed solution. D. Plan, facilitate and record minutes for all project meetings, including regularly scheduled meetings between the Owner, designer, and construction manager. E. Enter a contract with all subcontractors, material suppliers and equipment suppliers necessary for the construction of the project and coordinate work with any third-party contractors, permitting costs & services, government agencies, or utility providers, as appropriate. F. Provide continuous onsite construction management services throughout the construction and warranty phases of the project.
