The following commodity or service is thought to be available from only a sole source (or reasonable source) and is the only commodity/services that meets the County’s needs: NextGen Security, LLC (formerly Micro Security Solutions, Inc. (MSSI)) is the current provider of the closed-circuit television (CCTV) video surveillance system, including all associated equipment and services necessary to support integration with the existing system at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). The existing CCTV infrastructure at FLL consists of Axis cameras, along with American Dynamics software and storage components. The system was originally engineered, developed, and implemented by MSSI, which also served as the integrator responsible for the customized software configuration. Following its acquisition by NextGen Security, LLC, the firm continues to provide the specialized services required for the ongoing implementation, maintenance, and support of the CCTV system.
