The Work 3.1.2.1 Palm Row is a circular road and parking area located at the northwest corner of the FSDB campus. The design should include but not be limited to upgrades to the roadway, parking areas, underground utilities, storm and sanitary sewers systems as needed, and modifications to improve the area around the entrance gates to include the redesign of the brick pavers, removal of the old sign foundations, and updating the existing drive gate loops. FSDB would like to maintain its grandfather clause with the St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD) by eliminating or minimizing the need for any additional water treatment facilities. 3.1.2.2 The design plan for the Hogle parking lot is to improve the parking layout, and the roadway from the drainage pond on the east end by the gas pumps to the end of the perimeter road by the Household building. FSDB would like all of the following removed: the old building foundations, the existing asphalt surface, and the abandoned monitoring wells.
