The scope of services for naming rights includes the following, but is not limited to: Developing Sponsorship Programs: Establish categories or types for solicitation and create the components for naming rights. Create benefit grid(s) to indicate what each sponsor provided and what benefits they receive in return, i.e. banner onsite, inclusion in radio spot, onsite booth, etc. Identify untapped and incremental revenue sources. Assist with collateral creation. Provide promotional ideas for sponsors and the City. Assist in the creation of electronic media promotion/contest to ensure quality. Take inventory of City owned assets including facilities, buildings, courts, fields, stadium, etc. Identify assets which would be desirable top potential to third parties for naming rights/sponsorships. Recommend sponsorship levels and terms for each identified asset. Terms to include potential signage, exclusivity, etc.
