The City of Parkland, Florida is seeking to obtain proposals from qualified Contractors to provide grounds and landscape maintenance services at various City facilities, parks, medians, swales, and other public rights-of-way in accordance with the terms, conditions, scope of services, specifications, and requirements of this competitive solicitation. Contractor shall be qualified and experienced to provide grounds, landscape, fertilization, weed control and tree fertilization utilizing the proper equipment, tools, permitting, service, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete the work in a safe, effective, and efficient manner. Submittals which do not comply with Specifications and Requirements are subject to rejection.
