The City of Fort Myers is soliciting proposals from licensed and qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the armoring of multiple canals throughout the City. The selected CMAR will be responsible for delivering the project in accordance with City standards, within budget, and by the established deadline.
