Work may include, but is not limited to, the following landscape contractor services performed according to the City of St. Pete Beach, FDOT, federal, state and local requirements: Mobilization Bonds and insurance Temporary access gate installation Traffic Maintenance Salvage Storing and staging of materials Transplanting and establishment of mature trees and palms Cleaning and grubbing Invasive exotic plant removal Erosion control Tree protection Professional arborist services Bed preparation Furnishing, layout and installing of landscape materials (e.g., trees, palms, shrubs, groundcover, soil, mulch, performance turf, hardscape, etc.) Water for plant establishment Landscape establishment period services, replacement and warranty as described within the Technical Specifications. Landscape establishment period services may include but are not limited to: Truck watering Weeding Restricted use herbicide/pesticide and fertilizer applications Antibacterial/chemical treatments, professional arborist services Pruning Litter removal Warranty replacements Other miscellaneous services as may be required to meet project specifications and provide a 100% success rate at the end of the landscape establishment warranty periods for each project.
