The City of Gulf Breeze, Florida, is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified professional engineering and/or architecture firms licensed in the State of Florida to provide Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and Structural design services for the renovation and replacement of the existing HVAC system at Gulf Breeze City Hall, 1070 Shoreline Drive. City Hall has undergone multiple interior renovations and expansions since its initial construction. Due to changing building layouts and age, the current HVAC system has become inadequate and is no longer functioning reliably. The City seeks a qualified firm to evaluate the existing conditions, determine the most appropriate HVAC replacement solution, and provide comprehensive design and construction-phase support services. The goal is to install a modern, reliable, all-electric HVAC system that enhances indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and zoning control across the facilities. The systems must be universal in nature to allow all applicable HVAC repair and maintenance companies to maintain and/or perform repairs as needed.
