Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department seeks proposals for a licensee to manage and provide programming at Carvill Community Center located Carvill Park reflective of community needs and for the benefit of the neighborhood and community. Programming may include, but not limited to, education, music, arts, social services, health, wellness, nutrition for all ages and/or youth athletic activities, generally mentor youth from all walks of life, enhance youth self-esteem, develop teamwork, sportsmanship, leadership and life skills. Organizations demonstrating the ability to provide programming and public access consistent with community needs will be preferred. The selected Partner must include public access and public facility rentals on weekends.
