Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demolition Work 1. Carefully saw cut existing interior drywall partitions and metal studs on the Second Floor to extents shown on attached Demolition Floor Plan – SK-02 (EXHIBIT ‘A2’), keynote #1. 2. Carefully remove existing 2’ x 2’ acoustical ceiling tiles and grids on the Second Floor of the Conference Room #273 as required and save for reuse. Refer to attached Reflected Ceiling Plan SK-04. (EXHIBIT ‘A4’). 3. Carefully remove and dispose of existing carpet in common area First Floor Corridor #C100, Second Floor Corridor #C200 and Third Floor Corridor #C300 to extents shown on the attached plans SK-05, SK-06 and SK-07 (EXHIBITS ‘A5’, ‘A6’ and ‘A7’) and prepare floor to receive new flooring. 4. Carefully remove and dispose of existing carpet in Real Estate on the Second Floor Break Room #271 and Waiting Room #274 to extents shown on the attached Demolition Floor Plan SK 02 (EXHIBIT ‘A2’) and prepare floor to receive new flooring. 5. Install visqueen or plastic dust barrier wall to the ceiling approximately 5 ft. away on both sides of the wall being removed on the Second Floor. Division 8 – Doors and Windows 1. Install one (1) new 3’-0” x 8’-0” solid wood door and 18 gauge metal frames to match existing doors and frames by thickness, type, finish and height on the Second Floor as shown on attached Construction Floor Plan SK-03 (EXHIBIT ‘A3’) keynote #1. Field verification is mandatory. 2. Install all door hardware including one (1) surface mounted, heavy duty door closers, LCN 4040 series or approved equal, for new door on the Second Floor. Basis of hardware design is Schlage or approved equal. Refer to the attached Construction Floor Plan SK-03 (EXHIBIT ‘A3’). 3. Key new locksets to existing master key. 4. Door Access Control card reader by others. Division 9 – Finishes 1. Install new fire-rated gypsum drywall partition to the underside of the concrete slab above ceiling as specified on the attached Construction Floor Plan Sk-03 (EXHIBIT ‘A3’) in Real Estate Development Conference Room #273, Waiting Room #274 and Staff Break Room Extension #277 on the Second Floor. Verify all dimensions in field. 2. Install new 3 ½” Kraft Faced, R13 flexible fiberglass insulation in all new partitions on the Second Floor. Refer to attached Construction Floor Plan SK-03 (EXHIBIT ‘A3’).
