Service Plans and Pricing (Group A and Group B) The awarded Contractor(s) shall provide a comprehensive suite of service plans and pricing structures to accommodate the diverse needs of different County departments, Constitutional Offices, and authorized departments. This includes, but is not limited to: A. Voice and Text Plans: • Per-minute voice rates or defined voice plans for in-state, out-of-state, and domestic long-distance calls with clearly identified pay structures. • Unlimited voice and text messaging plans suitable for high-usage user groups. • Group mobile-to-mobile rate packages that maximize cost efficiencies for calls and texts between Countyissued lines, including options with unlimited text messages. B. Data Plans: • Unlimited Data-only plans for tablets, AirCards/data-cards, telemetry/IoT devices, and other data-centric endpoints, subject to clear disclosure of any throttling, prioritization, or usage-management thresholds. • Pooled and non-pooled data plans to optimize usage across departments. C. Bundled Plans: • Bundled plans that combine voice, text, and unlimited data bundled plans for smartphones and other voiceand-data devices, with clearly defined terms and any applicable usage management practices. • Device tethering / hotspot capabilities. D. Flexible Pricing: • Fixed-rate plans and predictable-cost plans to support budgeting and cost-allocation requirements. • Options for discounted devices tied to term commitments or specific monthly service plans, with all associated conditions (e.g. minimum term, early termination fees) clearly disclosed and subject to County approval. • Identification of all non-recurring charges (e.g. activation, de-activation, SIM changes, number changes) and any applicable volume or governmental discounts.
