2.5.1 The Contractor shall be an accredited Vendor that can administer online career readiness assessments, provide online aligned curriculum and award nationally recognized Career Readiness Certificates in applied math, graphic literacy, and workplace documents. The Contractor shall maintain nationally recognized status throughout the term of the Contract and shall include proof of status in its Proposal. 2.5.2 The Contractor shall comply with the Department’s policy regarding NonDiscrimination, which states, “No person on the grounds of race, creed, color, national origin, age, sex, marital status or disability, shall be excluded from participation in, be denied the proceeds of, or be otherwise subjected to, discrimination in the performance of any Contract.” 2.5.3 The Contractor shall provide reasonable accommodations for exceptional education Inmates and Inmates with disabilities who may require such accommodations to complete the coursework and credentialing program successfully. 2.5.4 The Contractor shall be responsible for all costs associated with providing technical support for setting up, installing, and maintaining the Program. 2.5.5 The Contractor shall provide the Department with enrollment, instructional, completion and certificate reports for all Inmate students participating in the program. The Contractor shall supply a copy to the Department’s Contract Manager, or designee, upon request.
