This project will consist of a General Contractor (GC) working with a premanufacture facility to produce a modular building to be placed at Carver Park in Cantonment, Florida. The GC will be responsible for ensuring the building is produced according to the plans and specifications attached herein. While the building is being manufactured, the GC will prepare the site for the modular company to bring in each section. The GC will be responsible for coordinating a crane to set each section into its designated place and ensure it's properly secured to the foundation. The GC will be responsible for all construction identified in the plans, except the manufacturing of the modular sections. This will include, but not be limited to, site preparation, mechanical, plumbing and electrical connections, landscaping, etc
