The Awarded Respondent will meet the specifications detailed below in accordance with Attachment A, Purchase Order Terms and Conditions and Attachment B, Camera List. 3.1. General Scope The Awarded Respondent will provide cameras and camera parts and repairs to the Authority on an as-needed basis. Camera models currently utilized by the Authority are listed in n Attachment B, Camera List. The Authority reserves the right to add additional cameras to Attachment B, Camera List, on an as needed basis. 3.2. Expectations for New Cameras A. All cameras shall be new. B. All Cameras shall be compatible with Genetec monitoring system. C. All cameras shall comply with current applicable safety and regulatory standards and codes. D. All cameras shall be delivered to the Authority and include shipping prices. E. Awarded Respondent will provide a minimum of a one (1) year warranty or industry standard manufacturer's warranty, whichever is greater, including materials and labor for all cameras provided under this Solicitation. F. Awarded Respondent will provide product specific warranty as required and accepted by industry standards. G. Awarded Respondent agrees to work with the Authority to resolve any disputes regarding warranty terms with the manufacturer. H. Any manufacturer’s warranty that is effective past the expiration of the warranty will be passed on to the Authority
