Controller/Viewer: • Shall be powered by both AC and DC power sources to power and charge the controller/viewer • Shall have internal Lithium-ion rechargeable batteries providing a minimum of 4+ hours of operation from a full charge with sonde on (or 6+ hours of operation with sonde off) • Shall have a 9.7” (1024 x 768) diagonally measured daylight viewable Touchscreen LCD • Shall have an internal hard drive equal to or larger than 1 TB • Shall have 4 X digital zoom with selectable zoom in area • Shall have a full QWERTY splash-proof keyboard • Shall have variable LED dimmer control on front panel • Shall be able to mount and lock atop of a standard size reel/coiler • Shall weigh no more than 12 lbs. • Shall be water resistant to IP54 • Shall record video in avi format and capture still images in jpeg format • Shall have both USB and SD card slots for transferring videos and images from the internal hard drive • Shall be able to record directly and capture still images to USB drive, SD card or internal hard drive • Shall be able to pause and resume recording video • Shall have one-button instruction tutorial (displays “How To Do”) on LCD display • Shall have both video and audio out RCA sockets and HDMI port for exporting video and audio to external devices • Shall have an internal microphone and a 3.5mm jack for an external microphone for the purpose of audio commenting over recorded video • Shall have a built in camera test port for testing video from a camera head and camera LED lighting • Shall have internal WI-FI with secure SSID for mobile smartphone and tablet interfacing and live video viewing (w/mobile iOS App) • Shall have RJ45 Ethernet jack for PC/Laptop interfacing • The LCD display shall have an area dedicated to show the status of; the battery, sonde, microphone, WI-FI, digital zoom and recording status with time duration. B. Cable Reel/Coiler, Standard Type CP • The construction of the cage and frame shall be stainless steel • The standard size reel/coiler shall have mounting and locking block to attach viewer/control module • The reel/coiler shall have a built in encoder for pushrod distance measurement • The reel/coiler shall have both a locking and friction brake to control and lock the cage • The reel/coiler shall be useable in an upright or horizontal working position • The reel/coiler shall be transportable by rolling rubber wheels • The reel/coiler shall have 200ft, of 12mm diameter pushrod • The pushrod shall be multi conductor with coax cable and Kevlar braid with a high-density polyethylene jacket • The pushrod shall have a 4000 lbs/1800 kg minimum break strength • The pushrod assembly shall have a locatable sonde coil built into the termination base as standard • The pushrod shall be fully locatable and have dedicated connection for pipe locator transmitter as standard • The locatable sonde in the termination base shall be 5 watt output and operate at 512Hz & 32.8kHz frequency • The pushrod termination assembly shall have a field changeable spring, lanyards and coiled camera cable • The pushrod termination assembly shall allow for being able to change camera heads in the field • Shall include 12ft interconnect cable • Shall include the following: SD card, USB thumb drive, Camera removal tool, AC power cord, DC power cord, 2mm and 3mm hex wrenches, Ethernet cable, CD (media software) and Fuse. C. Camera Head, D46-HD • The camera dimension shall be 1.8”/46mm diameter without skid • The camera head resolution shall be 1080p HD resolution • The camera lighting shall be 44.02 Lumens or greater • The camera shall be duel cantilever self-leveling, auto upright design • The camera housing shall be stainless steel construction • The camera lens will be scratch resistant sapphire • The camera shall have a 96° field of view • The camera head shall be water resistance up to 11 BAR • Shall include 3in diameter ball skid • The camera head warranty shall be for one (1) year after purchase date • A camera exchange program shall be available for out of warranty camera heads.
