1. Install shrubs, trees and sod for the landscape project for the CR 501 Water Treatment Plant property. A. The Contractor shall supply the plants according to the Plant Schedule included in the Landscape plan (L-1). B. The Contractor shall install plants such as but not limited to palms, trees, shrubs, and sod according to the installation instructions details provided in the Landscape plan (L-1) C. The Contractor is responsible to ensure the project is completed according to the plans, the property is safe and cleared of all project debris. D. The plants shall be reviewed by City staff, and the Contractor may proceed with planting once approval is received. 2. Install an irrigation system for the landscaping of the CR 501 Water Treatment Plant property. A. The Contractor or subcontractor shall work with City staff to demonstrate and ensure the fully installed irrigation system meets the plans provided (IR-1) and functions successfully before the project is closed out. B. Any substitution or replacement of manufacturer or model of irrigation parts (equipment) require the approval from City staff (in writing). C. Contractor and subcontractor personnel shall be clearly identified by uniform, logo wear, or other means. Trucks should be clearly marked with company logo or identified as associated with the project. 3. Fencing A. The Contractor shall enclose the water wells by replacing the existing fence with 360’ of 6+ 1 black vinyl fuse and bonded coated chain link fence including 3-20’ double drive gates in the area designated on the plan notations. B. The Contractor shall enclose the building area by replacing the existing fence with 54’ of 8+ 1 black chain link fence with 8’ tall black privacy slats and including 1-10’ double drive gate.
