Specifications include, but are not limited to: Deliverables: 1. License to web and mobile CMS Enterprise software that provides unlimited websites and unlimited mobile applications. 2. Pricing must include server setup and software installation on the server. The hardware and database software will be provided by FWC. 3. Website implementation and development a. Define content structure, develop navigation and workflows b. Develop wireframes and present concepts for approval c. Convert existing website design into CMS templates with responsive design. d. Create an interactive Rules and Regulations application for the Web and mobile web. i. The application will include: 1. Search by species, habitat, amenity, &/or location 2. The ability to keep a log of the fish caught or game bagged 3. The ability to get directions to where you want to go for hunting or fishing. 4. The ability to create a personal outdoor activity journal e. Create an interactive itinerary builder that allows users to: i. Find WMAs, boat ramps, marinas, hunting &/or fishing events ii. Create a schedule for them to follow while visiting Floridas wild lands and waters. iii. Create a trip-planner that allows users to select from the many different activities FWC oversees, sponsors and provides opportunities for. f. Create forms, Banner Ad Manager, property manager (hotels, restaurants, etc.) g. Migrate existing content into the new site h. Migrate wildlife species and WMA pages i. Training and knowledge transfer to FWC staff so that future projects can be completed by FWC staff. 4. Mobile App implementation and development a. Define content structure, develop navigation and workflows b. Develop wireframes and present concepts for approval c. Programming to create API to power mobile application that sits on top of existing web services d. Deliver both iPhone and Android application. e. Training and knowledge transfer to FWC staff so that future projects can be completed by FWC staff.
