Specifications include, but are not limited to: CONSULTING SERVICES FACILITATE PREPARATION OF REPORT FROM CRESTLINE SANITATION DISTRICT GOVERNANCE COMMISSION TO COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO BOARD OF SUPERVISORS. The County of San Bernardino (County) is seeking qualified consultants to facilitatepreparation of a report from the Crestline Sanitation District Governance Commissionto the County of San Bernardino Board of Supervisors. The intent of this project is to(1) Consolidate and collate currently existing documents produced by theCommission in the course of its study of governance issues, (2) Assist theCommission in clarifying/expanding the information resulting from its study as maybe appropriate, and (3) Assist the Commission in developing a report format,inclusive of appendices and addendums. This report will provide the foundationalbasis for the Commission's recommendation to the Board of Supervisors regardingself-governance of the District. It is estimated that the total number of hours tocomplete this project shall not exceed 80. It is also anticipated the work will require aminimum of two meetings with the Commission in the Crestline area
