Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide on-going general contracting services for individual healthcare related construction and building renovation projects (which may include, without limitation., hospital, nursing home, medical offices, etc.) with construction costs valued from $300,000 to $5 million. Work may also include, without limitation, all associated improvements and infrastructure required or related thereto, such as civil and sitework, upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems, life safety upgrades, other ancillary work related to these projects including utilities, landscaping, lighting, walkways, pedestrian bridges, parking, renovations/expansions to central energy systems, medical gas delivery systems, building automation, low voltage and communications systems, security and access control systems, and interior design upgrades.
