The awarded firm will provide CMr services related to the development consisting of one- & twostory buildings approximately +-55,965 gross square feet and associated work per this RFQ with an estimated construction budget of $35,837,288.00. CMr services will include: 1. Pre-Construction Design Services 2. Civil & Site Contractor 3. Landscape & Irrigation Contractor 4. Structural Steel Contractor 5. Structural Concrete & Non- Structural Concrete Contractos 6. Architecture Contractor 7. Mechanical Contractor 8. Plumbing Contractor 9. Fire protection Contractor 10. Electrical Contractor 11. Low Voltage Contractor 12. Not limited to the list above and all Contractors required to complete the work as defined in the completed Construction Documents for the project. The awarded CMr firm will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Pre-Construction Design Services 2. Data Collection on the project. 3. Concept Design: review, comments & project estimate. 4. Schematic review: review, comments & project estimate. 5. Design Development: review, comments & project estimate. 6. Construction Documents: review & comments. 7. GMP Process- Bidding Review, RFI(s), GMP Submittal, etc. 8. Construction Phase & Final Completion for Project. 9. Meetings & Presentations as required for the tasks listed above.
