1.03 PROJECT DESCRIPTION The selected CMAR will collaborate with the County and the design team to provide cost estimating, scheduling, constructability reviews, and construction services for the following components: 1. Synthetic Lighted Fields: Construction of four full-size synthetic turf multipurpose fields with automated lighting systems. 2. Benches and Shade Structures: Installation of player and spectator benches with integrated shade structures designed to meet wind load requirements and removable shades for storm events. 3. Parking Facilities: Construction of asphalt and grass parking areas with appropriate lighting. 4. Walking Trails: Development of walking trails throughout the park. 5. Covered Pavilions: Construction of pavilions for recreational use. 6. Restroom Facilities: Construction/Installation of restrooms throughout the park. 7. Playgrounds: Development of playground(s) with equipment and safety features. 8. Maintenance Area: Expansion of the existing maintenance area to support additional park facilities.
