Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.Construction: Construction of a restroom/public facility as designed and developed byoutside consultants hired by the City under professional services agreements. This includespermitcoordination,constructionofrestrooms,pavilionspace,storageforthecity’sPark’sDepartment, and medical space for Fire/EMS. Construction also includes but is not limitedto, site preparation, equipment installation, lighting and safety, amenities, signage, andutility connection in accordance with the approved design and construction documents.B.Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures throughout construction to ensurecompliance with safety standards, accessibility guidelines, and industry best practices. Allfacility equipment, site layout, and surfacing shall conform to all relevant safety standardsfor lead paint, use of hazardous materials, use zones, spacing, entanglement, protrusion,and entrapment hazards.C.Project Management: Provide comprehensive project management services, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and regular progressreporting.D.Existing Structures and Landscape: Nearby existing asphalt, curbs, or other surfacing, lawnareas, trees, etc., shall be retained and protected during all work unless specified
