The City of Fort Pierce invites qualified vendor to submit a bid for Cleaning Services required by the Public Works Department on an annual basis. Responsibilities will consist of all janitorial work at City-owned locations. The types of services required are as follows: -Sweep floor each visit. -Wet mop tiled floors using a disinfectant cleaner each visit. -Wash down cement - floors using a disinfectant cleaner each visit. Leaving no standing water. -Clean and disinfect all sinks, commodes, and urinals each visit. -Clean and disinfect any soiled areas on walls, partitions, grab bars, ledges, doors, etc. each visit. -Clean mirrors each visit. -Clean out - floor channels/drain areas each visit. -Clean and disinfect drinking fountains each visit. -Polish stainless- steel surfaces weekly. -Empty all interior and exterior waste receptacles each visit and replace liners. -Refill toilet-tissue, paper towel and liquid soap dispensers each visit. -Police or sweep outside entrances each visit. -When finished cleaning, doors/gates should be left as they are found, i.e. locked/unlocked. -When finished cleaning, doors/gates should be left as they are found, i.e. locked/unlocked. -Service is to be done twice a day, three- days a week, one hundred fifty-six days (156) annually.
