Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Health and Human Services Agency, Behavioral Health Division, Mental Health Services is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to determine whether there are any agencies, firms, or organizations which possess the capability and interest in providing a variety of child and adolescent research services for mental health clients throughout San Diego County. The focus of these services encompasses four areas: 1) managing and revising of a data management and evaluation service program for Children's Mental Health Services (CMHS); 2) overseeing outcomes and quality assurance efforts of CMHS System of Care Programs and Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Programs; 3) providing consultation services on program and client outcomes and other related research services and providing systemwide reports for CMHS, Adult/Older Adult, and Behavioral Health Services Administration; and 4) providing technical assistance at provider sites on data collection, data management, and data reporting.
