The Department of Administrative Services (DAS), on behalf of its Charitable Fund DriveCommittee (CFDC) intends to enter into a Contract for Charitable Fund Drive CampaignManagement Services. The Oregon Employees' Charitable Fund Drive (CFD) was implemented in 1989 and consolidatessolicitation of voluntary charitable contributions by state employees into one annualcampaign. The CFD is governed by OAR 121-030-0000 with oversight provided by the CFDC.Additionally, CFD policy recommends that CFD campaigns be managed by a participating, non-profit agency. The awarded Campaign Managment Organization (CMO) will possess a high-levelof professional fundraising experience with exceptional organization capabilities to ensuresuccessful campaigns each year
