The Consultant(s) shall perform the following professional services related to a continuing contract for General Consulting Professional Design Services, which shall include, but not be limited to, the following services as authorized by Work Authorizations (WAs) for individual projects in accordance with F.S. 287-055 (CCNA). Work to be accomplished under this contract shall include, but not limited to: • Program Studies, Reports, Geotech Analysis; • Capital improvement project Construction Plan Development; • Operating and Maintenance manuals(O&M); • Miscellaneous General engineering services; • Budgetary and process/operating cost analysis projects; • Renovation Design, Site, and Landscape Plan Creation, and Permitting • Permitting and Regulatory Assistance; • Grant Writing & Funding Analysis; • Grant Implementation, Monitoring & Reporting; • Surveying, Mapping, and GPS Services; • Traffic Engineering • And other design tasks as directed by the City Engineer and in compliance with F.S. 287-055 (CCNA).
