Project Description/Summary:
1. Installation of Security Upgrade which includes CCTV, Aiphone along with an Intrusion Detection
System (IDS) and Access Control System (ACS/PIV Readers). The new CCTV system will be
connected to CBP’s existing LAN equipment. The Contractor shall provide and install all Electrical
related systems Wiring, Conduit, Switches, Outlets & NEMA 1900 Boxes, Power Panelboard in
compliance with CBP 2018 LPOE Design Standards. The Contractor shall patch and repair to
original condition all areas affected in the installation of the security devices for this project.

4. Project Delivery Method: Traditional. Design-Bid-Build.
