• Demolition and removal of existing 24’ gate; CBJTC will pick up “demoed” materials from site • Furnish and install a new 28’ galvanized steel gate • Installation of barbed wire along top of new gate and adjoining fence sections • Construct a new 3’x3’x16’ boxed footing utilizing #5 rebar throughout, ensuring full reinforcement. • Pouring of high-pressure concrete for new footing • Installation of new Hy-Security 222 SSST gate operation • Installation of four (4) new keypads to accommodate both civilian and tall military vehicles; extend existing electrical wiring to the new gate controller mounting location; pour new concrete pad for the gate controller. • Reuse existing pressure switches embedded in the asphalt for vehicle detection; confirm full operational integration of pressure switches with the new gate system. • Installation of a temporary fence to secure the perimeter while the new gate installation is in progress, always maintaining perimeter security until the new gate is fully operational. • Grade the surrounding land as needed to ensure the new gate maintains consistent height and proper operation across the entire sing or slide range • Removal and reinstall existing signs onto the new gate and/or fencing as required to maintain posted security notices.
