Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will develop and conduct a survey and; compile, verify, evaluate and report ondata, related to the value of services delivered to client businesses receiving servicesthrough SBDC and GCAP for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2005 and ending June 30, 2006(FY05-06) and the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007 (FY06-07).Work will commence on FY05-06 immediately upon AFS and the initial WOC execution and willcontinue according to the schedule in Section 1.3. The fiscal year reports will includebut are not limited to: business survivability and closures, jobs created, retained, andlost; client business satisfaction; and assessment of the value of services delivered fromthe business client perspective and when compared to national survivability data.
