Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department seeks ongoing maintenance and monitoring for the Department’s existing security system at the FHP Troop locations and Neil Kirkman building (including the building security access, building fire alarms, mail center, and the high speed scanning unit). The Department’s existing security system uses features from the RS2 Technologies security system and includes an integrated access badge system. Georgia-Florida Burglar Alarm Co., Inc., is the only vendor capable of monitoring and maintaining the Department’s security and access badging system, consisting of Access It!, which uses features from RS2 Technologies. These systems were designed and installed by Florida-Georgia Burglar Alarm Co., Inc. Having one vendor that can provide the same systems and services to all Department locations and that is familiar with those systems will ensure continuity of service across all Department locations. Georgia-Florida possesses the historical knowledge of all devices, wiring, integration and installation associated with the systems currently installed at the Department's locations. Additionally, Georgia-Florida is the only authorized RS2 Technologies dealer in the areas of North Florida and South Georgia.
