Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project consists of providing materials and labor to accomplish the replacement of one hundred fifty-five (155) 400W metal Halide, high-bay light fixtures with 269W LED high-bay light fixtures in the main aviation hangar service bay area. Contractor shall also install forty-eight (48) new 45W LED light fixtures under hangar mezzanine. Project is to include the installation of a wireless lighting control system consisting of (but not limited to) system controller, ethernet switch, wireless dimming controls, wireless access controllers, and wireless daylight sensors for daylight harvesting. Based on estimated construction cost, this project is to be considered by Statute a Level 4 construction project.
