Specifications include, but are not limited to: Escambia County seeks a qualified and willing partner to construct/operate/maintain an ISP network to approximately 245 residences in the areas in the county south of Barrineau Park Road, east to Highway 29, south to Kingsfield Road and west to the border of Alabama that lack adequate service, and to collaborate with the County to connect them. This infrastructure will provide broadband fiber to the home (FTTH) services in unserved and underserved areas of the northern part of the County. The proposals should contain information detailing qualifications and ability from parties interested in constructing and operating an underground 288 Fiber Count / 10GB pre-designed ringed Backbone network and design/construction/operation of an ISP broadband network to serve the unserved/underserved areas in northern Escambia County south of Barrineau Park Road.
