Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Vendor must be able to provide at a minimum 34,000 lbs. Perennial Ryegrass. 2. The blend can be Double Eagle or equivalent. The Parks and Natural Resources project manager will be the sole judge of what is equal. 3. The ryegrass seed needs to be provided within 17 pallets at 2000 pounds per pallet and 50 pounds per bag for a total of 34,000 pounds. 4. All Ryegrass must be delivered on or before November 30, 2022, to Saddle Creek Park located at 3716 Morgan Combee Road, Lakeland, FL 33801. 5. Normal business days/hours for this location are generally described as Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. with the exception of County holidays. The County will not be available for inspections beyond the normal business days/hours.
