A. Consultant shall be required to participate in performance and project report meetings as deemed necessary by the County. B. Consultant shall provide a full-service delivery model that includes cost reporting. C. Consultant shall be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. D. Consultant shall provide all personnel and equipment necessary to perform the services described herein. E. Consultant shall provide verification that the company and each of its relevant employees have not been excluded from participation in state or federal healthcare programs. F. Consultant shall provide an online/web-based EMS cost reporting system, which is utilized for data aggregation, comprehensive compliance reviews, automated edits checks and advanced reporting through documentation from other EMS providers across the State of Florida.
