Specifications include, but are not limited to: Modifications to the easternmost section of Big John’s Parking lot match those performed on the center section of Big John’s Parking Lot, completed with the 47th Terrace Streetscape Project. These include seal coating the existing asphalt; re-striping the parking stalls; building an enclosure around the dumpster in the NE corner to match others in Big John's Parking Lot to west; and replacing the four oaks that overgrew the areas in the center of the lot with four Double Trunk Christmas palms in four new landscape islands with irrigation. In addition, the work includes adding concrete parking stops on the stalls fronting 47th Terrace including on parking stalls in the center section of the Big John’s Parking Lot.
