Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Cocoa Beach is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for supplying all material, labor, and equipment necessary for the construction of the Bicentennial Park Improvements project. Construction of the park improvements will consist of, but are not limited to the following: A. (1) One Restroom Building, (1) One Grinder Lift Station, (1) One Retaining Wall, (1) One Boat Ramp, 3,732 Square Yards of Concrete Pavement Parking, Connection to existing force main and water main, Connection of sidewalk, landscaping, etc. B. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, services and incidentals to complete all work required by these specifications and as shown on the drawings in EXHIBIT F. C. The contractor shall perform the work complete, in place, and ready for continuous service, and shall include repairs, testing, permits, cleanup, replacements, and restoration required as a result of damages caused during this construction.
