Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Concessionaire may rent a maximum of four (4) personal watercraft at each site. The Concession may operate a maximum of two (2) additional concessionaire only personal watercraft to transport customers to/from offshore operations and for offshore customer safety operations. To facilitate personal watercraft stationing and access, Concessionaire shall utilize an offshore mooring platform located a minimum distance of 1,500 feet from shore. Such platform shall be placed daily prior to commencement of operations and removed at the conclusion of each day of operation. Rental skis shall remain offshore throughout the day. Rental jet skis shall only be launched and landed on the beach for opening and closing operations daily.
