All work for the Project shall be constructed in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Engineer. Bids shall be submitted for furnishing, delivering, and installing all materials, equipment, and services, including labor for the Work, which generally involves the following activities: Rehabilitation of Barwick Street from Warfield Avenue to St. Clair Street via full depth reclamation. Stormwater improvements are also included within the Project, including installation of new pipe and storm structures along Barwick Street, installation of new pipe and storm structures along Warfield Avenue, grading of swales along Barwick Street, and construction of two new ponds on the south side of Barwick Street and Osceola Avenue. The project will also include the installation of approximately 1,900 linear feet (LF) of 8-inch PVC water main, reconnection of existing services and water meters, and abandonment of 1,900 LF of 8-inch asbestos cement water main.
