The Suwannee River Water Management District (District) is conducting this Request for Proposals for the removal of all remaining berms against the exterior walls of the main building including associated trees and landscaping and the installation of fiber cement siding, soffit and fascia on the main building at District headquarters in Live Oak, Florida. Contractor will be responsible for locating all utilities. Complete removal of all remaining berms against the exterior walls of the main building. Removal of approximately 18 trees and roots as necessary, some destumping may be required. Removal of shrubs located in the remaining berms. Disposal of all material. Replacing the berms with clean fill dirt and a sloped sodded surface to ensure proper drainage away from the buildings. Sod is to be replaced with bahia grass sod. This scope shall also include the installation of fiber cement siding on main building including the soffits and facia on the building.
