These services will be utilized for all events, as needed, sponsored by the Office of Sports and Entertainment. Events include but are not limited to: Florida-Georgia / Georgia-Florida Football Game, Sea & Sky Air Show, World of Nations Celebration, Jacksonville Jazz Festival, New Year's Eve, Light Boat Parade, July 4th Fireworks, Veterans Day Parade, Martin Luther King Jr. Breakfast, etc. . The City reserves the right to utilize this bid for other projects, and various event needs. Bidders must be able to provide quality backline services. Contractor must coordinate with Special Events Representatives for backline advancements for each event. Due to the nature of the events, last minute additions to backline requests may occur and we request bidders have the ability to provide any approved requests by booked musical artists. 1. Company shall be available to provide multiple quantities of backline instruments to fulfill the needs of each musical performer request. a. Backline may be shared between artists unless specifically stated by a headlining artist or representative. b. Equipment should meet current industry standards relative to high profile headlining touring performance rider requests.,,
