Specifications include, but are not limited to: Each hearing room, conference room, and huddle room shall be equipped with audio/visual equipment sufficient to meet the needs of each space as described above, which may include, but is not limited to: • Monitors • Projectors • Podiums • Sound systems • Microphone system • Fixed cameras • Owl Labs-style cameras • HDMI connections • Control panels or remotes for use in controlling cameras or other audio/visual elements • Computer and internet connectivity for use with Zoom or other meeting software • Security systems • Silent panic buttons The Vendor shall manage all cables and wires, running them through walls, the ceiling, or flooring to achieve a clean and tidy appearance and assurance of all required safety measures. Hearing rooms and conference rooms should have recessed ceiling speakers that are connected to each microphone in the room, so each attendee can hear the meetings and hearings clearly. All microphones in hearing rooms, conference rooms, and the meeting space should additionally be connected for concurrent use as a single audio source for Zoom meetings and other similar virtual meeting software. The Vendor will need to assess existing equipment at the new leased DOAH headquarters location for integration purposes, if possible.
