The Awarded Bidder shall provide replacement hardware, parts, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades, for the AtlasIED GLOBALCOM Announcement Control System that is used as a public address system for mass notification of passengers within the Airport which operates 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 a year. Unless otherwise stated in this Solicitation, the Awarded Bidder shall be available for support and coverage Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM EST, and by phone/email days, nights, weekends, and County-deemed holidays. Night and weekend work will be pre-arranged on a call basis. The Awarded Bidder shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials and incidentals required to perform on this contract.
