Specifications include, but are not limited to: BASEBALL & SOFTBALL FACILITY During the summer months the fields will be mowed daily if needed or at least 2 times a week. During the Winter months, after the grow in, the fields will be mowed a minimum of 2 times a week. Any additional Clippings that may remain aftermowing will be vacuumed or a drag will be used to remove the excessive Clippings for a neat clean playable surface. Mowing patterns will be mowed in different patterns each week Depending on the preference of the coach and/or the facility. The mowing will be done with a reel mower to facilitate an even cut. All Fences and walls will be cleared of growth and debris. 2.1.1 BASEBALL & SOFTBALL FACILITY OPTIONAL ANNUAL SERVICES Upon approval from the Pensacola State College Athletic Director and at his direction, the following services may be required. Please provide an individual price to provide each of these services on an annual basis: A) Installation of Diamond Mix Clay per truckload. This price shall include material, installation of material and laser grading B) Topdressing of Turf with an average depth of .5” - approximately 9 loads of sand for Baseball Field C) Topdressing of Turf with an average depth of .5” - approximately 3 loads of sand for Softball Field D) Topdressing of Turf with an average depth of .5” – approximately 5 loads of sand for multipurpose field
