The Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners, on behalf of the Construction and Property Management Department, Construction Services Division, is seeking the services of a professional architectural consulting firm qualified to develop plans and specifications, prepare cost estimates, and perform all other professional architectural consulting services as may be requested during the construction of an approximately 8,000-square-foot addition to the existing building. Ground Floor Addition, approximately 3,650 square feet will be added to the east end of the building. Second Floor Addition, approximately 4,350 square feet will be added above the new ground floor addition and a portion of the existing structure (the original addition completed in 2017).
