Specifications include, but are not limited to: Consultant shall provide planning, design and engineering services for the construction, equipment and instrumentation required to install a new more durable and efficient chlorination treatment system that will provide a useful lifespan of a minimum of 20 years. Consultant must comply with all applicable federal guidelines and requirements and the contract provisions outlined in Attachment A. 3.2. Project Schedule • Provide a project schedule/timeline for engineering services to include estimated construction time. 3.3. Early Works/Survey • Prepare and provide a detailed site and boundary survey. • Prepare and provide a geotechnical survey/report. • Incorporate all surveys into design plans.
