The Consultant shall perform engineering design and architectural services, permitting application preparation, and construction phase engineering services and to assist in finalizing and implementing improvements to MSCC golf course. The engineering services anticipated to be performed under this contract include, but may not be limited to landscape architectural, civil engineering, structural engineering, storm water engineering, electrical engineering, environmental engineering, mechanical engineering and other technical and professional services, as required. The renovation shall be designed to restore the course to a quality of a first-class golf facility, while also addressing current maintenance issues and future needs. The plan shall include the relocation or adjustments of any cart paths as necessary to implement the improvements. The work shall include the development (including 100%) of construction documents, permitting and may include bidding /award, and construction administration services for the Project. The Consultant shall include in their design all subgrade systems (irrigation, sewer, drainage, electrical) required to provide a fully functional, operable golf course. The plan shall address and rectify all drainage issues on the course. All equipment to operate these systems shall be specified and included in the construction plans as part of the project.
